Past - Present - Imperative
فَتَحَ الرجلُ البابَ The man opened the door
سَأَلَ الـمُعَلِّمُ الطُّلَابَ The teacher asked the students
يَقْطَعُ الرَّجُلُ الشَّجَرَةَ The man is cutting the tree
يَذْهَبُ الرَّجُلُ إلَى الـمَسْجِدِ The man goes to the mosque
يَـسْبَحُ الوَلَدُ في البَحْرِ The boy is swimming in the sea
يَذْبَـحُ الرُّجُلُ الـخَرُوفَ بِالسِّكِينِ The man is slaughtering the sheep with a knife
يَركَعُ الـمُسْلِمُ ويَـقُولُ "سُبْحَانَ رَبِّـيَ العَظِيم" The Muslim bows and says, "Glory be to my Lord, the Most
يَقْرَأُ الـمُسْلِمُ القُرْانَ The Muslim reads the Quran
يَـبْحَثُ الوَلَدُ عَنْ لُعْبَتِهِ تَـحْتَ السَّرِيرِ The boy is looking for his toy under the bed
